I qualified as a children’s mental health nurse in 1998 and worked for over 15 years with children
and families who experienced complex and challenging health and well-being issues.
I first experienced reflexology personally during the early stages of my second pregnancy.
I found reflexology to be thoroughly relaxing and I was often
blown away by my reflexologist’s ability
to pick up symptoms I hadn’t even thought to mention, just by working on my feet. This fascination
led me to train to the highest
standard in clinical reflexology and since qualifying in 2013
I haven’t looked back.
I am a qualified Clinical Reflexologist at the highest available standard (Level 5); my
qualification also includes Anatomy and Physiology certification at Level 4.
I have completed additional training in Advanced techniques in Fertility and Maternity Care,
and in Palliative Care.
I am fully qualified and insured to deliver clinical reflexology, and I am a full member of
Professional Reflexology – the national Reflexology Association committed to the highest reflexology
